About

Andrew Duff is a mixed media visual artist and graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design (B.F.A. 1993) and the Ontario College of Art and Design (A.O.C.A. 1992). Andrew uses humour and storytelling to draw connections between himself and the viewer. Whether it is with a dented robot, a dumpster fire or illegible handwriting, his work explores the messy reality of being human. Andrew has had solo exhibitions in Toronto at Loop Gallery (2018), Gerrard Art Space (2012) and the Toronto Public Library (2010). He has also participated in several art fairs including the Artist Project (2015, 2014), the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair (2015, 2013) and Queen West Art Crawl (2012, 2011). Andrew mentors youth as an Artist-Educator with tdsbCREATES and CODE/ADSB. He also operates his own web design and digital strategy business, Collective Gasp.
